Devilicious are a rock metal band from Gothenburg in Sweden, they create a cool dirty rock metal sound that makes you want to jump around and punch things.

The song in question, Finders Fee, starts off with a pounding drum beat before the rest of the band kick in with a rush of energetic and forceful power.

This rush of energetic and forceful power, manifests itself through a combination of explosive drums, thundering bass lines, dirty guitar riffs and growling vocals, and it makes you involuntarily reach for the volume control which makes you very disappointed when you realise that your stereo, unlike Nigel Tufnal’s Amp, does not go to eleven.

I have heard a few Scandinavian bands recently and Devilicious are by far the most noteworthy and, so far, the only one to get a review from me.

And before you start telling me that there are better bands and I’m wrong etc. I’m not saying they are the best Scandinavian band, just the best that I have found the time to listen to. If you think you know a better one then let me know.
